INSPIRED BY WINE:
I am currently working on a collection of paintings involving Women and Wine. This collection of artwork is truly my favorite subject matter—I enjoy being able to take such elegant aspects of life and work them into my own renditions.

The human form has always been a source of inspiration for me; I love to represent ladies, with their beauty and sophistication, alongside such a lovely counterpart--wine! Wine has many qualities that have inspired and brought me to painting; whether it be the sparkle of light that hits a Malbec as it is being poured, or the many flavors a Merlot paints on my palette as I sip it.

As I continue on this venture, it is important to me that my paintings truly embody the dimensions of wine — the reflections, colors and lighting involved in developing the luminosity of a bottle or glass, or the rich warm palates the wine provides. I want my viewers to be inspired just as I was in creating the piece, and to enjoy my paintings as much as they would a glass of fine wine!
